Career evidence
A claim can be needs support, user confirmed, verified, or rejected. Resume generation may clarify approved claims but cannot add unsupported employers, dates, metrics, projects, technologies, or outcomes.
Salary intelligence
A published comparison needs a source URL, geography, role, level, freshness date, sample size, confidence, and assumptions. User-entered and illustrative values are never described as market observations.
Company signals
Signals prioritize official newsrooms, structured feeds, permitted job feeds, and official filings. Every accepted signal needs an observed date, content hash, expiration, and source receipt. LinkedIn scraping is excluded.
Outcomes
Verified offer, verified interview, verified reply, candidate-reported outcome, and activity are distinct levels. Demo values never enter verified totals.
