Terms of service
Clear rules for a candidate-controlled workspace.
LAST UPDATED JULY 19, 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Resume To Offer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
What Resume To Offer provides
Resume To Offer is a candidate-controlled career workspace for organizing evidence, opportunities, documents, drafts, approvals, interviews, and outcomes. It may use software agents and third-party services to prepare work for your review.
Resume To Offer is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, law firm, financial adviser, or immigration adviser. It does not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, immigration status, or any particular outcome.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity required in your location to use the service. If local law requires consent from a parent, guardian, school, or organization, you must obtain it before creating an account.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- Protect your password and connected-provider accounts.
- Do not share sessions or use another person's account without permission.
- Notify Resume To Offer if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
Connected providers
You may choose to sign in with Google or LinkedIn or connect another supported provider. Provider use is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. Resume To Offer requests only the permissions shown during the connection flow. You may disconnect providers, although some related features may then stop working.
LinkedIn OpenID Connect supplies limited account identity and is not proof that career claims are accurate. Resume To Offer does not promise access to LinkedIn work history, connections, messages, private analytics, or automated actions.
Your content and approvals
You retain ownership of resumes, profile facts, evidence, drafts, and other content you submit. You grant Resume To Offer a limited permission to host, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service you request.
You are responsible for reviewing generated materials and confirming that claims, recipients, links, and instructions are accurate before using them. Approval in the product authorizes only the specific action described by that approval. It does not create open-ended permission to apply, publish, connect, or message on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You may not use Resume To Offer to:
- Submit false qualifications, impersonate another person, or misrepresent evidence.
- Scrape services, bypass access controls, collect credentials, or violate provider terms.
- Send spam, harassment, malware, unlawful material, or unauthorized bulk outreach.
- Interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or exceed stated usage limits.
- Use another person's private information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
AI-generated and market information
Generated resumes, messages, recommendations, rankings, salary comparisons, and company signals may be incomplete or wrong. Source receipts and confidence labels help review the work but do not replace your judgment. Verify material facts with primary sources before acting.
Paid services
Prices, included credits, term length, taxes, and payment conditions are shown before purchase. Unless the checkout says otherwise, Offer Sprint purchases are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. Payment processing is provided by a third party. Mandatory consumer refund or cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Third-party services
The service may link to or interoperate with job boards, identity providers, mailboxes, payment processors, model providers, salary sources, and employer sites. Resume To Offer does not control their availability, content, decisions, or security. A link or integration does not imply endorsement.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or end as the product develops. Resume To Offer may set reasonable limits to protect users, providers, and system capacity. Material changes that negatively affect paid features will receive reasonable notice when practical.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account. Resume To Offer may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, provider requirements, or harm to other users. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Resume To Offer does not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free generated content. To the extent permitted by law, Resume To Offer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
Changes and contact
Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. If a change materially affects your rights, additional notice will be provided when required. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
